My Sweet & Häagen-Dazs
My Sweet teamed up with Häagen-Dazs for its Artisan Collection which chose six culinary artisans from around the country - being My Sweet’s owner Paula Barbosa one of them - to introduce a line of six indulgent ice cream flavors.
Along with the Häagen-Dazs team, Paula co-created the Tres Leches Brigadeiro flavor, a deconstruction of My Sweet’s Happy Couple™—a modern spin on a traditional, celebratory Brigadeiro—to make a decadent sauce and swirl it into creamy tres leches ice cream.
The Häagen-Dazs Artisan Collection was available in stores around the country for one year, and due to its success, the limited offer was extended for another year.
In 2016, Paula Barbosa participated in a global rebranding campaign for Danone’s Activia. Accompanied by the #InSync, it portrayed real women who work hard, have become ‘in sync’ with themselves, and are pursuing their dreams. Paula was featured in one of the short interview style videos that were developed for social media as part of the campaign.
